Digital download delivery

KGOart sells digital artwork files only. No poster, frame or other physical item is shipped.

How delivery works

1. You choose a design (US$9) or a bundle on kgoart.com.
2. You pay on a secure Stripe checkout page (card details stay with Stripe).
3. Right after successful payment you are taken to a private download page with your high-resolution file (PNG or JPG, 6144 × 4096 px or larger — each product page lists the exact size).

Handling and transit time: 0 days. Delivery is instant after payment clears. There is no shipping charge.

Where we operate

KGOart is operated by JJAK Holdings LLC, registered in Delaware, USA. Fulfillment is digital (download links), not warehouse shipping. Our business mailing address is on the contact page.

If you lose the download link

Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and the design you bought. We will help you get the file again. Please save your files when you download them.

Refunds

Because files are delivered digitally, there is nothing physical to return. Limited refunds for faulty files, undeliverable downloads or duplicate purchases are described in our refund policy.
